1) Video Camera Specialist

• All videographers are trained specialist in event videography, with all having backgrounds in either commercials, corporate videos and/or documentaries
• All videographers use the latest High Definition cameras and film in
  High Definition unless requested otherwise

2) Video Mixer/Switcher Operator

• Specialist in live video transitions for Dinner& Dance/Variety Gameshows/Concerts/Events etc

3) Event Photographer

• Specialist in High Society Events coverage (Tatler Ball/Events, High Society Weddings, Corporate Launches etc)

4) Editor

• Trained in Avid, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, Vegas and Final Cut Pro software editing software

5) DVDs

• Initial 2 DVDs per event complimentary (Photography or Videography)

6) Blu-ray Discs

• Video saved on Blu-ray discs are in Full High Definition unlike DVD which is in standard definition
• Capacity of up to 6 full movies on 1 disc

Events - Special Services

1) Express DVDs

• Capture guests and event highlights on video to be presented at the end of the event for a unique momento/souvenir/door gift
• Company’s brand/logo/design on the DVD face/cover
• Company’s animated 3D logo at the start of the DVD video (extra charge for generating logo)
• Company’s corporate message/video to kick start video (extra charge)
• Minimum 50 DVDs

2) Express Photo Frames

• Capture guests at their best, to be presented at the end of the event for a unique momento/souvenir/door gift
• Customised photographs 6 x 4 inches in a classy metal/wooden frame
• Company’s brand/logo/design in corner of photograph
• Event’s name stamped on the photograph
• Minimum 50 Frames

3) Guest Interviews

• Interviews (in English or Mandarin) with questions tailored to the event
• Interviewer in suit or tuxedo according to event dress code

• Single camera
• 4 hours (e.g. 7pm till 11pm)
• Editor for simple edit (aprox. 8 hours editing time) – archive only
• 2 DVDs (within 1 week of event)

Coverage SS2

• 2 video cameras
• 4 hours (e.g. 7pm till 11pm)
• Editor for edit (aprox 12 hours editing time) – archive and MTV

Mid-Sized Events (100 – 250 pax)

Coverage MS1

• 2 video cameras
• 6 hours (whole evening, including set up and attending rehearsals)
• Interviews with guests
• Editor for edit (aprox 16 hours of editing time) – archive, interviews and
  MTV highlights
• 2 DVDs (within 1 week of event)

Coverage MS1 - Live

• 2 video cameras
• 6 hours (whole evening, including set up and attending rehearsals)

• Delivery of DVDs within 1 week of  wedding day

 2) Express Wedding Highlights Package (EW1)

• Full day coverage – 6am till 12 midnight (18hrs)
• High-Definition camera
• Output onto DVD (Archive footage and 1 Highlight Show) – 2 sets
• Delivery of DVDs within 1 week of wedding day
• Express same day Highlights <3-5mins MTV clip> of mornings celebrations to be shown during evening banquet (note: please allow at least 5 hours in-between morning and evening programme for editing)
  
  

 3) Deluxe Wedding Package (DW1)

• Full day coverage – 6am till 12 midnight (18hrs)

Weddings - Special Services

1) Express miniDVDs  (Unique Wedding Gift for each guest)

• Capture guests and banquet  highlights on video to be presented at the end of the evening banquet for a unique momento/souvenir/door gift – (3-5mins)
• Couple’s picture on the DVD face/cover
• Couple’s message at the start video (usually a thank you for attendance message)
• Presented to Guests as they leave ballroom.
• Minimum 50 DVDs
